Who am I?

Hi, I’m Harry Pritchard. As an ex-professional footballer, I’ve spent over 16 years in the game, including playing in League 1. Fitness and sports have always been my passion and I’ve turned that passion into a career as a personal trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals for the past 10 years.

I’ve taught over 1000 group exercise classes and pride myself on creating an inclusive community where people of all abilities and ages can feel comfortable and motivated to improve their fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.

Fitness isn’t just a job for me—it’s my life. I’m excited to help you become stronger, fitter, and healthier!

What do I do?

I run a variety of group exercise classes each week in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, designed to challenge your entire body. Each session is carefully structured and phased to keep you engaged and push your limits, using functional pieces of equipment to ensure full-body workouts. I pride myself on fostering a fun, hardworking community where everyone can thrive. In addition to group classes, I offer 1-2-1 personal training, available both online and in person, providing tailored workout and nutrition plans, as well as weekly check-ins and daily accountability to keep you on track. I also specialize in strength and conditioning for footballers, helping them build strength, power, and speed for peak performance on the pitch, available both online and in person.
