Group Exercise classes
Join us for 9 weekly group classes at various times, including mornings, mid-mornings, lunchtimes, evenings, and weekends. My classes use functional equipment and movement-based exercises to help you get fit, strong, and improve overall performance. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Timetable:
Monday - 6:30-7:30 & 9:15-9:45
Tuesday - 12:15-12:45 & 17:30-18:30
Wednesday - 17:30-18:30
Friday - 6:30-7:30, 9:15-9:45 & 12:15-12:45
Saturday - 8:00-9:00

About me
Hi, I’m Harry Pritchard! As an ex-professional footballer, I’ve spent over 16 years in the game, playing at the highest levels, including League 1. Fitness and sports have always been my passion, and I’ve turned that passion into a career as a personal trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals for the past 10 years.
I’ve taught over 1000 group exercise classes and pride myself on creating an inclusive community where people of all abilities and ages can feel comfortable and motivated to improve their fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.
